Emergency call outs bank holidays and weekends: £150 call out the £50 per half an hour

Gas land lord certificates: £95

Boiler Services Wall Hung Boilers: £85

Back Boiler service: £115

Gas Fire Service: £85

Power flush: Price on Application

Cooker or hob installs: Price on Application

Carbon monoxide or smoke alarm installs: £75

Taps and toilet repairs: £75 labour tap replacement, Per Toilet £75 labour charge plus materials

Toilet install £225

Day Rate full: Price on Application

Please note we cannot quote for breakdowns on unknown issues or quote for leaks and an hourly rate will be applied for diagnosis depending on the day and time of hire (see Hourly rate).

All payments are to be paid upon completion of works unless specified before work has started, We do not work on 30 day payments unless agreed upon before and its the responsibility of the customer to ask how the payment system works in the company.
